The New York style burger joint, KerbEdge recently opened it’s Sheffield restaurant and as I found myself in town on a Saturday, I decided to take my Dad for lunch to escape the wet weather.
For the latest edition of Now Then magazine I spoke to local bakers Komal Khan, head chef at Make No Bones on Chesterfield Road, and Sara Percevicius of The Bake Lab to find out why they are passionate about what they do, as well as gathering some top tips.

My adventures in Serbian food started with a pie, which is not a bad place to start on a cold January afternoon. My cooking partner, Mili, was on hand with instructions on how to make the pie and to share her knowledge about Serbian cuisine.
