Sweet indulgence with Chef Rico and 4 eyes patisserie

Sweet treats are the theme of September’s Now Then magazine with input from Chef Rico from the Rutland Arms and Matt and Rob from 4 eyes patisserie.

It is important to strike a balance with food as we all know and you should always make time for a few treats, whether that’s your favourite cronut or cruffin from your neighborhood bakery.

In Sheffield you’ll find a fine selection of homemade classics at Jameson’s Tearooms and Harland Cafe. Alternatively, the Blue Moon Cafe, Make No Bones, and Fanfare Project at Union Street offer a range of exciting vegan and raw desserts.

Get the lowdown on all things sweet from Richard Storer, aka Chef Rico at The Rutland Arms, and chefs Rob Wainwright and Matt Rhodes from 4 eyes patisserie (suppliers to Steam Yard and The Captain’s Cup).  Read the Now Then article in full here.
