Winter Salad – spiced squash, rocket and bulgar wheat

Like many people I work Monday to Friday in an office and I regularly have that ‘what to have for lunch’ conundrum. I must admit to being a convert to making my own work lunches as I am not so keen on off the shelf options – pre-packed sandwiches and such like. Autumn inspired pizzas

I enjoy making pizzas when I have a bit more time on my hands, as you can be master of the toppings and work with different variations other than just the bog-standard ones you see in the shops. I always want to create something more exciting than a Margarita and I like to include my favourite ingredients.
