On Saturday 5th May, I held a Cake Break at Tamper Coffee to raise money for the M.S Society. My Mum has had Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) for over 25 years, and I pretty much don’t remember a time without it in our lives.
M.S is a disease of the nervous system that affects all sufferers in different ways, for my Mum she gets tired easily, walks with a stick and experiences issues with balance and spasms, amongst other things.
2013 is almost here so at this point in the year I like to look back and remind myself what happened, where did I go, what did I cook and what did I eat…
Tamper coffee is an independent café located on Westfield Terrace, just minutes from the hustle and bustle of West Street and Division Street.
A few months ago, me and Clare (FeastandGlory) had a conversation about how it would be nice to get together with Sheffield foodies maybe over a drink in a local pub. Fast forward three months on and somehow and rather surreally we have set up Appetite and just run our first event.
