This article gives you all need from discovering new flavour combinations using rubs and marinades to experimenting with different cuts of meat. A fine BBQ doesn’t have to be limited to sausages and burgers, there are plenty of things you can try including creating innovative sides and choosing drinks to complement your feast.

There’s a great recipe too to try which showcases a delicious cut of beef, the picanha (a rump steak) which works perfectly with chimichurri,  a vibrant  and herby South-American sauce.
